Refunds
We have a 14 day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after placing your order to request a return, providing your order has not yet gone to print. As soon as your item has gone to print a refund is no longer possible, due to the customised nature of our products.

Exceptions / non-returnable item
We do not accept refund requests for custom products that have already be sent to print. We also charge a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking your date in. Should you request a refund at any point, if your refund request is accepted, the deposit will not be refunded, and if cancellation occurs after design work has begun, you will be invoiced for the work completed to date. Anything extra (excluding work-to-date and deposit) that has been paid will be refunded.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund reuest, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
